Founded in 1999, Tau Sigma began as a small chapter at Auburn University with the intent of serving the growing population of transfer students there. Today, Tau Sigma is a National Honor Transfer Society with over 175 Tau Sigma chapters at universities nationwide that follow this same model of service through fostering relationships

The Tau Sigma National Honor Society at UC Irvine seeks to recognize and cultivate academic success amongst UCI's transfer community. As an organization exclusive to transfer students, Tau Sigma offers fellowship and academic guidance through events, socials, community service projects, with the transfer community. and the opportunity to meet with like-minded, high achieving individuals.

• In charge of annual membership drive for all eligible transfer students that demonstrate academic excellence
• Maintained organization database of over 200+ members
• Communicated with both members and prospective members regarding any questions or concerns they may have
